Interim CFO Services

• Served as CFO for Independent Wireless One, a Sprint affiliate in 2005. Restructured the company and successfully raised $290 million in financing, implemented integrated accounting systems, registered thecompany through a 144A registration, and sold company within one year at a 2-1/2 multiple to it's initial equity.

• Served as interim CFO/Controller for several clients including affiliates of AT&T, Sprint, and Omnipoint/Voicestream.

• Strategic Planning

  Developed over 100 operating models for individual BTA's and regional clusters related to the FCC PCS auctions. Models focused on maximum prices that could be paid to yield a specified return. Developed supporting financing strategy through vendor financing, equity, and high yield financing.

  Developed business model for Caribbean wireless company focusing on a land line replacement strategy.

  Completed strategic financing plan for wireless tower company.

  Developed strategic plan and investor presentations for wireless data company with a wireless e-mail product.

• Capital Formation

  Spearhead completion if $150 M S-1 as part of an IPO.

  Negotiated and closed a $40 million financing package for PCS carrier.

  Developed strategic plan, investor presentations, and assisted in raising $20 million in equity financing for participant in FCC PCS auctions.

  Developed extensive market valuations of BTA's in FCC PCS auctions.

  Studied valuation of minority interest in cellular market for California estate tax purposes.

  Provided valuation consulting with respect to C Block auction to US Government in General Wireless Case.

  Developed valuation of two internet application service providers.

  Developed valuations of several wireless companies in connection with shareholder appraisal rights.

  Expert for plaintiff in patent case in which damages of $148 million were awarded.

  Expert for plaintiff in valuation of wireless agent's company in which damages of $4 million were awarded.

  Expert for plaintiff in shareholder's suit which was settled.

  Testified as expert as to wireless company valuations in Delaware Chauncery Court.

  Developed acceptance testing of revenue assurance procedures for a PCS company implementing a billing and customer care application.

  Developed key driver assessment package for a wireless carrier.

  Developed regional financing control checklist for a PCS carrier.

  Served as project manager for PCS carrier implementing an integrated sales application reporting sales by distribution channel and product on a detailed basis.

  Monitored the billing conversion implementation plan for a Caribbean Telco employing convergent billing.

  Developed a financial and operational improvement plan for a wireless sales agent.

  Assessed alternative integrated accounting packages for ESMR provider.
